Toda la actividad del transporte de mercancías por carretera está permitida durante el estado de alarma

Después de que el Gobierno decretara oficialmente el estado de alarma este sábado, son muchas las dudas que han surgido a las empresas de transporte, entre ellas las empresas de mudanzas o portavehículos entre otros.

 

Si bien, la Subdirección General de Inspección de Transporte ha trasladado a la CETM que no hay ningún tipo de limitación a la actividad del transporte de mercancías por carretera, por lo que se puede realizar cualquier tipo de transporte sin que ello implique ninguna sanción.

 

Esta indicación se ha trasladado a la Agrupación de Tráfico de la Guardia Civil y a las Comunidades Autónomas para que den traslado a las Policías Autonómicas y locales
