Los préstamos del ICO avalados por el Estado no exigen la contratación de pólizas de seguros

Préstamos del ICO

Desde la correduría de seguros Afersa, nos informan de que, según se establece en el Real Decreto 8/2020 de 26 de marzo, los préstamos avalados por Estado para pymes y autónomos del Instituto del Crédito Oficial (ICO), no están condicionados a contratar pólizas de seguros.

 

Esta cuestión también se recoge en el artículo 192.02j del Real Decreto Ley 3/2020. Por tanto, las entidades financieras no pueden imponer la contratación de seguros para la tramitación de dichos préstamos.

 

La CETM, traslada a las empresas de transporte de mercancías esta información, para que la tengan en cuenta si planean acceder a esta Línea de Avales que el Gobierno ha puesto en marcha ante la crisis del COVID-19.
