Italia introduce un código de rastreo obligatorio para el transporte de líquidos lubricantes

El Gobierno italiano ha introducido un nuevo sistema de rastreo de la circulación de determinados productos lubricantes en territorio italiano mediante la publicación del Decreto del 22 de abril de 2020. Con este nuevo sistema se introduce el Codice amministrativo di riscontro” (Código Administrativo de Reconocimiento o CAR) , que se expide por la Agenzia della dogane e Monopoli (Agencia Aduanera y monopolística italiana) sin el que no será posible la circulación de estos productos a partir del 1 de octubre.

 

Los productos lubricantes afectados por esta medida son los siguientes:

 

  •  Productos con códigos NC 2710 19 81 a NC 2710 19 99. Estos productos estarán exentos de contar con un CAR si están envasados en recipientes de una capacidad igual o inferior a 210 litros.

 

  • Productos con código NC 3403. Estos productos estarán exentos de contar con CAR si están envasados en recipientes de una capacidad igual o inferior a 20 litros.

 

La CETM tiene constancia de que el encargado de solicitar ese código CAR es la empresa cargadora o la empresa receptora de la mercancía. Sin embargo, es muy probable  que estas pidan cierta información a las empresas de transporte para poder realizar adecuadamente la solicitud del código CAR o las habiliten a acceder al sistema para que sean ellas las que se encargue de cumplimentar esa información necesaria.
