El CNTC rechaza la propuesta del Ministerio de Transportes

El Departamento de Mercancías del Comité Nacional del Transporte por Carretera (CNTC), del que forma parte la CETM,  ha analizado en el día de hoy el nuevo borrador de “mejora de la cadena de transporte” propuesta por el MITMA.

La opinión es desfavorable en cuanto supone un paso atrás a los términos conforme a los que se había venido desarrollando la negociación hasta ahora.

En consecuencia, se comunicará el rechazo a la propuesta del MITMA, proponiendo una redacción alternativa en la que se insista en los principios básicos que se han venido defendiendo a lo largo de este tiempo de negociación.

El CNTC no va a aceptar la redacción de una norma que permita al Gobierno justificar un cumplimiento formal de sus compromisos pero que resulte inaplicable en la práctica.
